New and potential customers sometimes ask what we offer, over and above our competitors. It's not a question we are asked by our regular customers and the answer is our customer service.
We are not the biggest in the market, we don't employ agents or third party distributors. We try to focus on dealing directly with end users. It is this approach that allows us to offer a bespoke and flexible service to our customers and exceed their individual requirements.
At CommoditySource, we are equally at home supplying a single customer with a container of peanuts as structuring a combination, multi-destination bulk tallow shipment. In either case there will be no difference in the level of customer service.
